The CSTP building is equipped with all the necessary telecommunications systems and has been conceived as a sustainable and efficient building. Its design follows the precepts of bioclimatic architecture and prioritizes the use of passive measures for energy use. In addition, it has systems for reusing rainwater for irrigation, and the air conditioning and hot water are of geothermal origin.
